They were donated to our Technical School Program for small engine repair practice. They did not come with titles when donated. They were running at one point when we acquired them several years ago. Currently they do not run, but have good compression. 08/06/2026 11:24:54 AM

These dirt bikes were donated to the Special School District for use in our Technical School Program as instructional equipment for small-engine repair. They are currently non-operational and are being sold in their present condition as part of the District's disposition of surplus educational equipment. The auction listing accurately identifies that no titles are available. The District is not representing that the bikes are currently titled or that a title can be obtained by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the vehicle can be titled or registered for the purchaser's intended use. The District is conducting the sale as a disposition of surplus property and is not making a legal determination regarding the purchaser's ability to subsequently title or register the bikes. I believe they are around a 2008 model, but I'm not sure. They have been in the program for approx. 10 years. Yes, they most likely have been taken apart as part of the program. They were used for educational purposes for a small engine repair program. 08/11/2026 12:46:23 PM

Suppression
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing: jdhenry@ssdmo.org

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
