Description

This lot includes four (4) Advance ES400 XLP walk-behind floor scrubbers previously used by Weld County School District RE-3J. These are commercial-grade floor care machines designed for institutional and facility maintenance environments. The ES400 XLP model is typically used for cleaning hard floors and carpets in schools, offices, and other high-traffic areas.

All units in this lot are non-operational and do not work. The machines are being sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. No testing has been performed beyond confirming that the units are not functioning. Specific issues are unknown, and repair needs may vary between units.

The scrubbers appear complete with housings, handles, tanks, and controls, though components may be missing, damaged, or in varying cosmetic condition due to prior use and storage. These units may be suitable for parts, refurbishment projects, training purposes, or repair by qualified technicians.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Suppression

Removal is by appointment only. Upon payment verification, buyer shall pre-arrange removal date and time with Weld RE3J employees at least 24 hours in advance. The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. Buyer/Transport Company can be turned away if removal has not been scheduled or Bill of Sale is not presented. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Weld County School District RE3J, CO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
