Up for auction is a surplus lot of electronic equipment consisting of the following items:
Approximately (27) 32" HD Televisions – Insignia (Model: NS-32D120A13)
Approximately (27) VCR/DVD Combo Units – RCA
Condition:
Used / Removed from old Lake Cabins when new cabins were purchased.
Operational Status:
Units were working when removed and placed into storage, but are currently untested and sold as-is.
Units may show typical cosmetic wear, scratches, or scuffs from prior use and handling.
Accessories:
Power cords, remotes, cables, or additional accessories may be incomplete or NOT included.
Loading & Transport:
Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
The buyer is solely responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to load and remove the entire lot. No loading assistance will be provided by the seller.

Please note that these items are located at the Sheppard AFB Recreation Annex at Lake Texoma (1030 SAFB Road, Whitesboro, TX 76273). This location is near Whitesboro, Texas, which is approximately 110 miles (about a 2 to 2.5-hour drive) east of the main Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls. If you would like to make an appointment to see these before you bid on them, please call Lisa Norman at 940-676-8800. Winning bidder has 10 days after payment has been received by GovDeals.com. These tv's/vcr/dvd combos are located at Sheppard Annex which is located in Whitesboro TX (not on Sheppard Air Force Base). - Passport is required in some cases, so bring that as well.
- If the buyer is a Foreign National, then they must sign in to https://dbids-global-enroll-dmdc.mil/ and allow at least 2 weeks for the paperwork to be processed.
- Must be approved prior to coming to Sheppard Air Force Base:
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
