SALES TAX
Applicable Sales Tax will be added at the close of the auction. The Sales Tax Rate will be determined at the end of the sale based on the Sales Tax Rate of the location of the winning bidder. Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Gov Deals within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. .If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday through Friday 8am to 4 pm, appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Contact Santiago Taborda at 407-877-5159 to make pick up arrangements. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days as allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Items not removed in 30 Days will be forfited and resold. No refund will be issued.
