2018 Freightliner M2 106 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 6.7L L6 DIESEL.

Starts with a boost, Runs. Stop Engine light and Engine Shutdown lights on. Engine and emissions system issues. Multiple aftertreatment fault codes present. Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) found damaged and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) requires cleaning. Engine has high crankcase pressure and is consuming oil. Vehicle will require major engine repairs or engine replacement. VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED AND IS LOADED. Vehicle is being sold as shown in the provided pictures—please review all images carefully for details on wear, rust, and any imperfections. Please note that mechanical inspections are not performed prior to listing. The vehicle may have some decals and residual adhesive present. There are scratches and dings on the exterior, along with minor wear and damage to the seats, flooring, and dashboard. All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person prior to bidding.

Suppression

Removal: Items will not be shipped without prior consent by City of Concord representatives. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. . Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
