Suppression
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS!
- All property must be removed by appointment only and during our normal operating hours.
- All property must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
- PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ALL PROPERTY - The buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. The buyer is to complete and return a Auction Release Form provided by the Seller if he/she authorizes someone else to remove the property.
- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICKING UP A VEHICLE - The bidder or his/her approved representative MUST obtain the signed vehicle title from the City Clerk of the City of Nixa @ 715 W. Mt. Vernon, Nixa MO. (East end of the Building) Please bring your I.D. Auction Release Form, and proof of payment with you. No title will be released without these. And no vehicles will be released without the Buyer providing the signed vehicle title to designated City Fleet Department staff. .
- The "Buyer" will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
- A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged to the "buyer" for any item(s) not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
