SUMTER COUNTY FORFEITED LAND COMMISSION (SCFLC/Owner) Offers the Following Real Property for Auction to residents of South Carolina: 10430 DOUGLAS SWAMP RD, LYNCHBURG, SC (Tax Map# 367-07-01-004) This is a vacant wooded lot with description as follows:

• Irregular shaped lot. Lot dimensions at +/-51’x +/-373’ x +/- 100' x +/- 386'. A survey is recommended. This property is entirely in Zone A-anyone that purchases this parcel will likely want to put a Manufactured/Mobile home on it-the expense involved in using this property for anything in compliance with the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance is cost prohibitive. With the property being in Zone A there are no established base flood elevations which means the owner would have to hire someone to determine the Base Flood Elevation even before an elevation certificate can be completed.

Jurisdiction: County of Sumter; subject to the City of Sumter – Zoning & Development Standards Ordinance
