Description

This Listing contains a GeoTherm Heat Recovery Unit FRAME ONLY. The Heat Recovery unit has been stripped. This frame contains heat pipes, pressure gauges, and pump with Baldor motor. Conditions of the pump, gauges, and heat pipes are UNKNOWN. Item is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for removal of frame.

REMOVAL DETAILS: Frame is currently located in the boiler pit and bolted to the floor but can be unbolted by facilities if needed. Buyer must transport frame out of the boiler pit by going up a flight of stairs and through a hallway before reaching outside the hospital. SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Suppression

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Please see Bill of Sale to schedule a pickup appointment using our calendar. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

USA Health, AL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
