• Lights retrofitted with LED 7/2023 all are currently working
• LED emergency lights installed 10/2023
• New carpet installed 8/2023
• Needs to be pressure washed
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the lot won. No Assistance will be provided.
