• New carpet installed 8/2023 currently lying flat and in good condition
• Unit needs to be pressure washed
• Unit will be off the current foundation and on the tires when auction closes


The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the lot won. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be charged for any item not removed within 21 business days of (END OF SALE) **Pick-up must be made by appointment and COMPLETED between 7am and 2pm.
