SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
LOADING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. THE SELLER IS UNABLE TO LOAD, MOVE, PROVIDE TOOLS, EQUIPMENT OR MANPOWER TO AID IN REMOVAL, OR OTHERWISE ASSIST IN THE PICKUP AND REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM. BUYER MUST MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING, MOVING AND REMOVING. ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS IS, WHERE IS. REMOVAL SHALL BE THE SOLE EXPENSE, LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE BUYER.
Seller reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee of $100.00 for any item not removed by the end of the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final! PLEASE NOTE THAT PICKUP LOCATION IS SHOWN IN THE SELLER INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AT THE AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING.
