The description states that the vehicle ran and drove when it was taken out of service. That means we were able to start it without a jump and drive it in our lot during the decommissioning process but does not necessarily mean it is road worthy. No issues were noticed during the decommissioning process but there could be more, less obvious issues with the vehicle. The information we post in the description are things that are noted during the decommissioning process which is not done by a mechanic. Vehicles that are placed on the auction are not thoroughly inspected before being taken out of service, and therefore the details of the mechanical condition are unknown. Driving a vehicle off our lot and on the road is at the buyer’s discretion. Maintenance and repair records are not available. SALES TAX

Suppression
Gates are locked at 3PM- NO REMOVAL ALLOWED AFTER 3PM-NO EXCEPTION! All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If successful bidder requires a third party to pick up the item won, authorization is required for removal of item and release of title. A daily storage fee of $20.00 a calendar day will be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Titles will only be issued and assigned in the successful bidders name and/or company as listed on the Buyer's Certificate, per Virginia Code 46.2-628. for questions, see contact below.
