Regardless of our description, you are responsible for the inspection of the unit and do your own inspection and assessment. Please make an appointment 24 hours in advance to pick it up. At the seller’s discretion, inspection may be permitted. Note: Inspection is by appointment only. To request inspection, please call of email us, The seller retains the authority to release and sell the unit at any time to the final bidder, irrespective of whether the reserved price has been achieved or not, and it is the bidder's obligation to make the payment for it.
