Offered for auction is a complete commercial brewery equipment package from a former brewery in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This is a substantial package being sold as ONE LOT and includes a 5 BBL brewhouse, nine fermenters ranging from 1 BBL to 5 BBL, canning equipment, chilling equipment, grain mill, approximately 60 kegs, air compressor, and additional miscellaneous brewery equipment.
Equipment includes:
- (1) 5 BBL tank
- (1) 5 BBL brew kettle
- (1) 5 BBL mash tun
- (3) 5 BBL fermenters
- (1) 3 BBL fermenter
- (4) 2 BBL fermenters
- (1) 1 BBL fermenter
- (1) Brewhouse electrical/control panel
- (1) Thermaline Model T8 S-14 chiller
- (1) Small glycol chiller
- (1) Grain mill

The package includes approximately 60 kegs and nine fermentation vessels in addition to the primary 5 BBL brewhouse equipment.
This equipment was previously used as part of a commercial brewery operation and represents an opportunity to acquire a substantial brewery package in a single auction. Equipment may be suitable for an existing craft brewery, brewpub, startup brewing operation, beverage producer, or equipment reseller.
Buyer should carefully review all photographs to determine the exact equipment, manufacturers, models, accessories, components, and overall condition included with the sale.
REMOVAL:
This is a large commercial equipment package. Buyer is responsible for ALL disassembly, rigging, loading, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and other costs associated with removal.
Buyer should determine removal requirements and equipment needed prior to bidding.
All equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

Suppression
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
