Description

Cres Cor commercial-grade mobile heated holding cabinet, also commonly referred to as a holding cabinet or hot box. This unit was previously used in the food-service facilities at The Leonardo museum in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Features include:

  • Full-height, single-door configuration
  • Insulated aluminum construction
  • Interior pan slides designed to accommodate commercial sheet pans
  • Manual door latch
  • Heavy-duty swivel casters
  • Protective aluminum bumper frame
  • Electrical heating system
  • Includes the sheet pans currently stored inside the cabinet

The unit is reported to have been operational when removed from service. It has not been extensively tested for this auction, and the seller does not guarantee that it will maintain a specific temperature. Model number, voltage, amperage and other electrical specifications should be verified from the manufacturer’s identification plate before use.

The cabinet shows normal commercial kitchen wear, including scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration, food residue and general signs of use. Cleaning and sanitizing will be required. The condition and exact number of the included sheet pans have not been verified.

Buyer is responsible for inspecting the cabinet and providing all labor and transportation required for removal. Sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties.

SALES TAX

Suppression

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Salt Lake City Corporation, UT makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
