BEFORE YOU BID
Bidders should complete the following steps prior to submitting an initial Bid:

Review all supporting documents available in the Attachments section below, including the historic preservation documents, survey, recertification letter and title information.
Complete, execute, and email the Bid Submittal Form (Attachment C to the Sellers Terms and Conditions) to customerservice@govdeals.com prior to or concurrently with submitting your initial Bid.
Submit the required Bid Deposit in accordance with the Bid Deposit Instructions (Attachment D to the Sellers Terms and Conditions) A Wire Transfer is the only acceptable payment option for this item.
Conduct due diligence and schedule a property inspection, if desired.
Only one (1) Bid Submittal Form is required per Bidder. Once the initial Bid Submittal Form has been submitted, the Bidder may continue to place additional bids during the Auction without submitting another form, provided the Bidder's legal name, ownership, and all information contained in the originally submitted Bid Submittal Form remain unchanged.
Failure to timely submit a completed and executed Bid Submittal Form may result in the Bidder being determined non-responsive and ineligible for award.

Following the County's review and approval of the Apparent Highest Bidder, and after the bidder has satisfactorily demonstrated its financial capacity and ability to timely consummate the purchase as required by the Terms and Conditions, the bidder will be designated as the Awarded Bidder. The County requires documentation demonstrating financial capacity, including proof of available funds or a bank verification/proof of funds letter.
Upon notification from GovDeals, the Awarded Bidder must log into their GovDeals account, navigate to"My Bids," and remit the Awarded Bid Amount plus the applicable Buyer's Premium via wire transfer in accordance with GovDeals payment instructions. The funds will be collected by GovDeals and subsequently remitted to Miami-Dade County in preparation for closing of the transaction. The Buyer’s Premium is in addition to the Awarded Bid Amount and is the responsibility of the Buyer.
At closing, the purchase proceeds are conveyed to the County and the property is transferred to the Awarded Bidder pursuant to the Contract for Sale and Purchase
