These firearms were confiscated and firing condition is unknown and are being sold as is where is with no warranties offered or implied. The photographs represent the general condition of the firearms for sale. The firearms may contain rust, scratches, dings/dents, missing parts, and/or signs of wear that may not be visible in the photographs.
Under no circumstances will the City of Thibodaux/Thibodaux Police Department or any of its employees assume responsibility or provide assistance in packing, loading or shipping.
Property is picked up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, set between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Per GovDeal's Firearms Policy, the winning FFL bidder must be the one to pick up and sign the Bill of Sale in person without exception. We ask that you bring your FFL and Driver’s License to copy for file, which must be valid.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
