Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect property before bidding. Inspections will be conducted during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri., 8am to 3pm EST).

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Suppression
All items must be removed within ten(10)calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. PLEASE CALL Ms. Tonya Ralston at (614)875-2742 to SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Jackson Township assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri., 8am-3pm EST) excluding holidays. Any item NOT PICKED UP IN 10 CALENDAR DAYS may be subject to a $10.00/per day STORAGE FEE PAID IN CASH or Certified Funds.
