**UPDATED, PLEASE READ** PLEASE READ INSPECTION, REMOVAL, AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING/CLAIMING: NO PROPERTY WILL BE SHIPPED TO BUYER! Property may be removed in person (by the auction winner, a friend, or family member only) by appointment. No 3rd party carrier pick-ups are allowed (Fed Ex, USPS, UPS, etc…) Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All communication will be done via the email address the buyer provides to GovDeals.com. Phone calls should only be made for urgent matters. Due to limited manpower, no property may be viewed or inspected prior to bidding. Buyer must adhere to the appointment time as parking at the site is limited and can only be reserved for a short time. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. If items are not picked up within this 10-day window, a “Request for Credit” will be submitted, and the items will be released from the winning bidder. Please review GovDeals’ “Request for Credit” for more information. If you win this item, please plan accordingly to pick up your winnings on the appointed date and time.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. No assistance will be provided. All items that are included in the auction listing must be removed by the Buyer – no items will be left behind that may be deemed “unwanted” by the Buyer. Buyer buys and removes all items that they won in the auction.

Austin-Building Services Department, TX makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
