You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups.

Removal time is from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. sharp. Excluding legal holidays.

If shipment is being picked up by a third party, then the bill of lading must be emailed to tkilmer@pa.gov prior to pick up, otherwise carrier will be turned away. .

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is unable to accept payment by PayPal.

Purchases will be released only upon a hard copy of the bill of Sale presented to State Surplus and verification of receipt of payment as specified.

Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.

No assistance will be provided.
