Hello, Has there been a survey for this parcel? I see it says there is access. It there a legal road to access the property? We have seen many landlocked parcels so far and want to make sure this is not. Is it possible to look at this parcel on Monday the 29th? 12/22/2025 19:09:46 PM
We have not done a survey for this parcel. The dirt road leading to the property is not legally deeded but it is present. You are welcome to use the gps link on the listing to visit the property whenever you able to if you'd like. You will likely need a 4x4 vehicle just to be safe. 12/23/2025 10:29:32 AM
