- This lot is for a Trotec Laser Engraver that has been previously used by IU. Overall item condition is good but will require repairs to return to complete working condition. Department noted that this engraver will need a replacement laser tube to function properly again. No other damages or repair notices were noted. Please see pictures and further description for more details.

I did answer the email. We relisted these items because there were issues with the winning bidder. This is out of our control. When trying to sell something, it gets listed a few times. My question had nothing to do with the value of this item. It was asked because it’s been listed several times and you have someone who says they paid for it and was waiting on a confirmation pickup. The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.

Our staff is not without some Human error on occasion and inspecting what you expect during pick up is highly recommended. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
