We have had this unit since June 2014 and it saw preventive maintenance every 4 months with the last one in November 2025. This unit was in use until December 2025 when it came in because it was leaking hydraulic fluid. Our technicians have determined that it has a bad left-side drive motor that can be fixed/replaced but it was estimated to cost around $7K and we decided not to put the money into it.
The unit will run and we can put hydraulic fluid into it to operate it to load it onto a trailer. However, be prepared to capture any fluid that will drain out as you trailer it to wherever you are going.
Our notes show that in April 2021, new tracks and sprocket assemblies were put in. Pictures are included showing the condition of the tracks.
Look at the pictures and you will see pictures of other items that come with this auction. A PDF document is attached that lists items like bearings, door hinges, etc. that are included with this auction. NOTE: the cart holding the parts is not included in the auction.
Also up for auction is a Fecon BH074SS Mulcher Attachment that was used with this unit. You can see it by clicking on the "view seller's other assets" link below.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
- Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website.
- Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the location of the advertised auction.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminazione
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not have an appointment, you or your shipper will be turned away. Please contact the Asset Contact listed to make the necessary arrangements. No items will be released without our staff visually verifying proper photo identification of the person picking the purchased item(s) up. HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:00 pm CT (Closed Federal and State Holidays)
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to arrive with or hire the proper sized transport vehicle or trailer to accommodate the size of the item purchased and being transported to the final destination. We are willing to assist with loading provided it can be done in a safe manner and following OSHA standards. If not, we will refuse assistance and you will have to make other arrangements. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to only bid on items in which you are able to provide the means to safely load and transport the items; otherwise, please refrain from bidding.
Buyers Using Third Party Shippers
- The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County requires a photocopy of the Buyer's driver's license (matching Bill of Sale information), signed Bill of Sale, and a completed AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE Form emailed to the Asset Contact prior to scheduling a removal date with us. BILL OF SALE and AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE Form can be obtained by contacting Hahnz Teope at 630-580-7100 or via email at hteope@dupageforest.org.
- The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County requires the Buyer to provide the third-party shipper’s company name, phone number, and email address prior to removing the property.
- The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County does not allow exceptions even if the Buyer insists that they have already made arrangements for removal.
We will not release a paid item to anyone other than the Buyer if these forms & ID's are not received by us in advance! All vehicle and equipment titles must match the Buyer's name and address as listed on the Buyer's sales certificate. It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure the information is correct on the sales certificate and matches their billing address. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
Shipping Available
When shipping is available, the winner should notify us that they want the item shipped. We will pack the item and notify them of the shipping dimensions and weight so that they can generate a shipping label for us to use. FedEx, UPS and USPS are preferred. We will drop off the item at their drop-off point and can provide a receipt number. Any other carrier that the buyer chooses, they will have to arrange for somebody to pick up their item from our location. If using this option, they will have to follow the terms as defined in the section above, Buyers Using Third Party Shippers.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim of errors in the description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
