Background check will be run, on driver and possibly passenger(s), prior to entering the base. Obtaining a pass can take up to 45 minutes; please plan accordingly. We do not ship - no packing materials available. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate (exceptions will be made on an as needed basis). Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyer's Certificate and receipt must be presented for pick up. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. MCCS-SC is not responsible for handling shipping of items. We do not have packing material (bubble wrap, boxes) available. Failure to remove item(s) within the required time will result in winning bidder forfeiting their winning bid.
