If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminazione
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the date and time the Buyer’s Certificate is issued. Purchases will be released only after payment has been received as specified.
Successful bidders are solely responsible for all aspects of loading and removal of awarded property from the location listed on the website and Buyer’s Certificate. This includes making all arrangements and providing any necessary equipment, materials, and labor required for packing, loading, and transportation.
PLEASE NOTE: Vehicles are sold without batteries. The seller will not provide, loan, or install batteries for the purpose of starting or loading a vehicle. Buyers are responsible for supplying their own batteries and any other equipment needed for removal.
Under no circumstances will The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County provide assistance with packing, loading, or removal. Buyers must complete all removal activities independently.
See individual auction listings for any additional removal instructions. Once property has been removed from the seller’s premises, no refunds will be issued. A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be assessed for any items not removed within the allotted five (5) business days as stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
