PortaBull-branded refrigerated storage container equipped with a Carrier Transicold refrigeration unit and Micro-Link 2 controller. The container offers approximately 1,006 cubic feet of storage capacity and has an empty weight of about 6,900 pounds. The refrigeration system uses R-134a refrigerant and requires 460-volt, three-phase, 60 Hz electrical service. The unit is currently disconnected from power. It was last known to cool but would not reach freezing temperatures, so inspection and repairs may be needed before use. Maintenance history notes coil service in 2016 and condenser motor service in 2018.
The container shows normal wear from age and use, including worn or chipped paint and areas of surface rust near the base and door edges. Removal is by appointment only. The buyer must arrive prepared with suitable equipment, such as a rollback truck, forklift, Lull, dollies, or another vehicle designed to move a shipping container.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
