SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS.
Trailer has been parked for 10+ years and used only for storage. Condition unknown.
Approximately 20' long. The cargo area is 16' long and 80" wide. Between the wheel wells it is 67 1/2" wide. The door opening is 76 1/2" wide by 72" tall.
Known issues: Water intrusion has caused plywood damage inside trailer. Tires in poor condition and some do not hold air. Rear and side doors in poor condition. Damage to right side front of trailer. Aluminum siding has holes in some areas due to corrosion. Right side near roof has been patched.

The door opening height is about 72". The interior center height is about 79". The interior side height is about 76". The tire size shown on the tire is ST205/75R15. Added additional pictures with measurements and tire size. 08/06/2026 17:20:04 PM

All the issues have been reported that we are aware of. The trailer is in less than ideal condition as seen from the pictures and the description however the reason for relisting it that both the previous buyers have defaulted on payment. We are struggling with bidders either not making payment for items and/or not being able to pick up the items. If you are bidding please make sure you can pay and provide a way to pick up the items you are bidding on. A default does result in a penalty from GovDeals. 08/06/2026 17:26:39 PM

The trailer had not been moved in 10 or more years and was used only for storage so the condition of the axles, bearings, brakes, etc. is unknown. We did put air in the tires and moved it 2 1/2 miles to the current location and there were no issues pulling it with a pickup truck other than the tires quickly lost air after it was parked. If moving a long distance it would be best to thoroughly check the axles, bearings, lights and replace the tires before traveling. 08/17/2026 08:31:35 AM

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
