1 Lot of 49 Desktop Computers from various brands, 1082lbs including pallet Please refer to photos for any specific details or conditions. See attached computer list PDF document for specific models. Hard Drives have been removed and are not included. Power Cables are not included. The equipment is being sold "as is where is.” Any computer may be missing parts. Unknown/Untested Condition. Bidders are responsible for removal of sold lots. Pickup hours for transferred or sold lots must be between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM by appointment only. Facility operates on a Mon-Thurs schedule. Buyer must pickup sold lot within 10 days of sale being final. Coordinate inspections of property with Point of Contact listed with this lot prior to bidding. Inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance prior to bidding. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the part performing the inspection. **All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS** ****HARD DRIVES ARE NOT INCLUDED**** ***You must take all items at one time.***

SALES TAX

Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any Claim made by any third party due to, arising out of or attributable to the removal of Assets, including without limitation, all damage or loss to person or property. Buyer is responsible for all damage to property, including spills or releases of hazardous substances, that occurs during the Asset removal process.
Buyer may not repair, modify or otherwise alter the condition or state of the asset on University Property.

State of Kansas makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
