    Inspection will be scheduled for WEDNESDAY JAN 11 2023 between the hours of 10am and 2pm

    Bidders who arrive without an appointment may be turned away.
    All must wear a mask at all times and all must stay at least 6ft away from others at all times.

    PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

    Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

    TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


    TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

    TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact taxhelp@liquidityservices.com for all tax exemption questions.

    All vehicles sold by the District of Columbia Government on GovDeals.com MUST be towed away. There are no exceptions to this rule. Pick up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10AM AND 2PM on or before the date below -- buyer must sign up for a date AND time:

    • THURSDAY JAN 12 2023
    • FRIDAY JAN 13 2023
    Bidder is responsible for all loading and removal. No loading assistance available. No shipping available. If you need loading or shipping, please contact a local tow company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. We recommend buyers use Google search to find a tow company. Search Google for "towing company in DC" If sending a tow truck, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
    1: copy of buyer's driver license
    2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
    3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)
    Buyer may also email us the above documents. Send to surplus-property@dc.gov All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final once items leave our facility.
