Operational issues - Drivers seat worn. Brake line broken at RH rear wheel causing brake failure; needs several new brake lines, all brake hoses, brake calipers. Cab rocker panels have some rust perforation; needs some cab body work. Cube van body floor cross members have bottom web rusted off in section between frame and outside of box; 8 out of 15 cross members would need to be replaced at minimum (the rest are also getting thin), bottom of box is sprayed with urethane insulation between crossmembers. Van body aluminum skirting corroded through at joint with crossmembers
