Pickup & Removal Instructions:
• Removal is by appointment only. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-2PM
• To schedule your pickup, use the CALENDAR LINK located at the bottom of your Bill of Sale after payment is completed.
• Buyers requiring base access must contact the POC prior to scheduling a pickup appointment to coordinate installation access.
• Buyers are responsible for safe loading, removal, and transportation of purchased items.

BUYERS REQUIRING BASE ACCESS MUST CONTACT THE POC PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A PICKUP APPOINTMENT TO COORDINATE INSTALLATION ACCESS. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, excluding federal holidays.
PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. AFTER PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, YOUR BILL OF SALE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. OPEN THE BILL OF SALE ATTACHMENT AND SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. CLICK THE BLUE "CALENDAR LINK" TO SELECT AN AVAILABLE PICKUP DATE AND TIME.
BASE ACCESS: Non-DoD visitors must obtain a visitor pass from the Visitor Control Center at the Lewis Main Liberty Gate. All occupants of the vehicle must present REAL ID-compliant identification, an Enhanced Driver's License (EDL), or a valid passport. Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance are also required. All personnel entering the installation will undergo a background check. Access will be denied if any occupant does not meet these requirements.
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pickup/removal, including packing, loading, labor, equipment, and transportation.
All items must be picked up/removed within 10 business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Items not removed within the allotted timeframe may be declared abandoned.
At pickup, buyers must present a copy of their Buyer's Certificate/Bill of Sale and valid photo identification. Additional documentation, such as an Authorization of Release, may be required when applicable.
