1. Build date is August 2016 on the Star of Life Certification sticker. 2. Interior floor to ceiling is a true 72". 3. The only damage is the scratches on the passenger side box on the sliding door and above the door are a scratch into the paint but no dents from sliding against a garage door. There is no corrosion or bubbling on the box that we can see. 4. The heat and A/C work as it should. 5. All switch control panels function as they should. 6. There is a small window opening from the cab to box with a way to close the opening. 7. There is no check engine light. 8. We have not observed any fluid leaks anywhere on this unit. 9. We will have to investigate any warranty transfers for the new engine. 10. All service records are available with this unit. 11. The 4 X 4 has operated as it should. 12.
