Vehicles are sold as is, without any warranty, either express or implied. By taking possession of this vehicle, the Buyer expressly acknowledges that they are purchasing a used vehicle and agrees that they shall bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that currently exist in the vehicle or that may occur in the future. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCSD makes no warranty of any kind regarding this vehicle, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, and shall have no liability for any consequential damages or injury caused by the failure or malfunction of said vehicle or any of its components.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. To pick up the vehicle subject to this purchase, Buyers must be physically present upon pick up OR provide MCSD with notarized documentation prior to scheduling pick up of the person to whom you give authority to take possession. That documentation must include a) Your name/company name of person that won the bin b) ID/VIN number of the item/vehicles you purchased, c) person/company who will be taking possession d) a contact number for that person/company. At pick up, we will require whomever arrives to sign a receipt and provide a copy of their driver’s license. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Monroe County School District, FL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
