Lot of 5 Vehicles

The below described vehicles have been impounded by the City of Norton Police Department and are being sold via auction in compliance with the N.C.O. 660.07 and O.R.C. 4513.62. These vehicles are being considered unclaimed, and abandoned junk motor vehicles and are being sold as-is and where-is.

The mechanical condition of each vehicle is unknown. Keys belonging to each vehicle are unavailable. The vehicles come without titles. The winning dealer/salvor bidder will be given a Bill of Sale and Ohio BMV Affidavit 4204 for each vehicle.

Vehicles are not able to be started so bidding is at the bidder’s own risk. Mileage is unknown. The contents within and with the vehicle will remain with the vehicle. Assorted pictures of the vehicles have been included.

Pickup is by appointment only due to the area having restricted access..

In accordance, after payment and at pickup, winning bidder will be given a bill of sale and Ohio BMV affidavit 4204 for each vehicle.

Payment must be paid for online with payment paid within 5 days upon the close of the auction. All vehicles must be removed from the impound lot within 5 business days after payment. Any vehicles not removed within the time frame identified will be re-impounded.

Working on vehicles in the lot is prohibited. Vehicles may be blocked by other vehicles therefore the successful bidder shall be responsible for moving any vehicle that prevents access to a claimed vehicle and must return any vehicle moved to their original spot or an acceptable spot as directed by the impound officer .
