The winning bidder is required to provide the buyer's name and address to the seller via email on the same day the auction ends. This information is necessary for the seller to prepare the documents.

The seller will use this information to prepare the deed paperwork and send it for e-signature to the buyer..

Upon receipt of the signed papers, within 3-5 business days the seller will submit the quitclaim deed to the county to be recorded and send copies to the buyer.

The Seller will have the deed recorded in probate.
