Presto Lift Power Stak S/N: V60327/1285428-GC1610015. This lift is retired from our school district. This is a used piece of equipment that may be missing parts. No service records are available on this piece of used equipment. It moves forward and backward and forks lift up and go down. All conditions/issues are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. This used piece of equipment is offered “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guaranty either expressed or implied. Due to limited staffing, do not assume forklift assistance on a truck or trailer. Bring appropriate vehicle and labor for pickup. Inspection is strongly encouraged before bidding.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Eliminazione

Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Marilyn Walker at 770-443-8000, ext. 10585 for an appointment. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick-up with authorized Paulding County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to PCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of PCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Paulding County School District, GA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
