This lot consists of one (1) pair of pull-down fire alarm stations manufactured by Siemens Building Technologies, model HMS-SA. These units have been marked as being in new condition based on information provided by the previous owner, indicating that they have not been installed or used.
The alarm stations appear unused, with no signs of installation observed at the time of listing. No functional testing has been performed; however, the units are represented as new based on prior ownership statements. One installation instruction sheet is included to assist with setup and reference.

Property may be viewed from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday–Friday Alaska Time.
Pagamento
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.

We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
