This lot consists of one (1) small pool table top. The item has been marked as being in poor condition due to multiple structural issues and visible cosmetic wear. Buyers should anticipate repair or restoration work prior to functional use.
Observed damage includes one (1) break in a structural support beam located on the underside of the unit, an additional break in one of the side support pieces, and one side panel becoming detached from the staples that originally secured it to the adjoining sections. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
