• This is the full dual beam FIB-SEM system. This is a Tescan Fera 3GMU. The FIB is an Integrated Orsay Physics i-FIB Plasma Ion Source and FIB Column. The electron column is a TESCAN 3-lens Wide Field Optics FESEM that has up to 500 Pa low vacuum mode operation. It is equipped with an ETD SE detector with YAG scintillator, a motorized retractable YAG BSE detector, and an In-Beam BE IN-lens On-Axis Annular BSE detector. It also has a rocking stage. It also came with a TESCAN In-Beam SE in-lens detector, a retractable HADF-STEM detector, and a secondary Ion detector. It also has a MonoGIS single gas injection system. The included accessories are Bruker EDS and Bruker EBSD, XFlash6I100 and e-FlashFS. An OmniProbe 400 is also equipped. I’ve attached photos of the accessories as these have also been packed already.
