Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Photos may contain items not included in the auction. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection will take place on July 8 st from 8am - 3pm only at the 2420 Pontiac Lake Road Facility. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection. Bidders are encouraged to inspect units as miscellaneous parts may be missing when compared to photos.

SALES TAX

Retirada
Please be sure to note that the units in this auction are not all physically located at the same address. If bidding on multiple RCOC auctions, please be mindful of where they are located.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Due to the various addresses items are located at, pickups attempted without an appointment will be denied.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
