No 3rd party carrier pick-ups are allowed (Fed Ex, USPS, UPS, etc…) Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All communication will be done via the email address the buyer provides to GovDeals.com. Phone calls should only be made for urgent matters. Due to limited manpower, no property may be viewed or inspected prior to bidding. Buyer must adhere to the appointment time as parking at the site is limited and can only be reserved for a short time. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. If items are not picked up within this 10-day window, a “Request for Credit” will be submitted, and the items will be released from the winning bidder. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. No assistance will be provided.
