All payment must be made through GovDeals, the city WILL NOT accept payment.

Retirada

Local pick up only - no shipping offered for most items. Smaller items may be shipped via the Westlake UPS Store at the buyers expense for all packaging materials and shipment cost.

The city may assist by delivering purchased items to the UPS Store if authorized by Purchasing Director. The UPS Store will accept credit card payments over the phone.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING AND LOADING ITEMS PURCHASED. THE CITY MAY ASSIST IF AUTHORIZED BY PURCHASING DIRECTOR.

Valid Driver’s license or ID is REQUIRED at the time of pick-up.
