Buyer assumes sole responsibility of loading and moving item from its location. Manpower and equipment for removal will not be provided.

Neither the Town of Medway, Liquidity Services, nor MTC Fleet Group or any agents thereof are liable for any damage occurring during the pickup and transport of the item after pickup by buyer, buyer’s agent, or third party has begun.

Item must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Item remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold.
