Hello my questions are about the two Subarus you have on your sale I do understand that emerald towing is allowed to go in and recover the vehicles and bring them out the gate and I understand the days in September that can be done as far as the 97 paperwork you're talking about which must be a type of bill of sale can that be emailed to me printed sign and then return to you or can the emerald towing guy take a copy in after I've signed it and give to you for proper paperwork transfer thank you 08/26/2026 15:03:48 PM
Please review the Removal Instructions on the listing. If you win a bid you will receive a bill of sale via email. If you choose to issue an Authorization of Release form to Emerald Towing (or another authorized company) to pick up the vehicle on your behalf, you must provide them an additional signed copy of the release for our records as well as a signed bill of sale for us. This vehicle has no wheels upon inspection and extensive undercarriage damage from being dragged around the lot. What loading measures do you have to facilitate loading to prevent further damage? 08/30/2026 23:14:41 PM
The customer is responsible to load the vehicle themselves or hire a company to tow for them. A forklift and driver will be available to assist free of charge, but if you select that option a signed release waiver is required to wave liability for any damage incurred while moving the vehicle. 08/31/2026 11:15:08 AM
