Items must be picked up at SEMO Facilities Management: 610 Washington Ave, Cape Girardeau MO, 63701 – between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Must give 24 hours’ notice before item is picked up.
○ Please, see each of our photos as they are the primary descriptors for cosmetic condition and all other details such as part numbers, serial numbers, and
included components/accessories. if a particular part is not pictured in any of our photos, then it is safe to conclude that it is not included in the auction.
○ We cannot fully test any of the electronic equipment we list because we lack the appropriate tools and/or knowledge of operation.
○ It is the buyer’s responsibility to bring a truck, automobile, or trailer big enough to haul off their assets as they are. We do not have time allotted to stay with the buyer so they can disassemble items to fit properly.
○ Any lot we have listed for sale cannot be split up and parts sold individually.

Retirada
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
