Item will be released ONLY with a VALID Driver’s License and the Buyer's Certificate from GovDeals. Buyer will be asked to sign a Bill of Sale upon pick-up of the item. If the buyer is using a third party to pick-up, transport, or remove vehicle they must complete an Authorization of Release form. This form is attached. PICKUP DEADLINE: Item must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
