For pick up, buyer must first come to City of O'Fallon City Hall at 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366 to provide/sign paperwork. Then buyer will be given directions to where items are located at City of O'Fallon Justice Center, 1019 Bryan Road, O'Fallon, Missouri, 63366.
Appointments are scheduled Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (excluding holidays)

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
