SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.

Retirada

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Amelia Mullins for appointment scheduling at Amullins@raymore.com. Items can only be picked up Mon. thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Any item not removed within that time period will be considered abandoned.

The Buyer will perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR LOADING.
