MAINTENANCE HISTORY
Maintained under service agreement with Powers Generator Service since installation in 2017. 2-hour load bank test passed February 2025. Final PM completed September 2, 2025 at 358.75 hours shortly before decommissioning and can be shared with serious bidders. Approximately 360 total runtime hours. No known deficiencies at time of decommissioning. The undermount base fuel tank has been drained to the extent practicable. Residual sludge or fuel remnants may remain.

Taylor TD250 generator set in sound-attenuated weatherproof enclosure. 1,425-gallon undermount base fuel tank. See diagram for configurations and dimensions.
NOT INCLUDED
Automatic Transfer Switch, control wiring, automatic leak detection system, or accessories of any kind.
REMOVAL & LOGISTICS
Unit is fully disconnected from electrical service. Tank will be empty of fuel. Location accessible for crane truck or forklift. Buyer responsible for all rigging, loading, and transport. Sullivan County provides no equipment or labor for removal. Must be removed no later than May 5, 2026. Pickup by appointment only.
Pickup Location: Sullivan County Health Care, 5 Nursing Home Drive, Unity, NH 03743 - Map programs often list a Claremont, NH.
INSPECTION
Available by appointment. Contact Sullivan County Facilities & Operations to schedule via "ASK A QUESTION" link. Inspections windows are weekdays from 9am - 1pm.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport, reinstallation, registration, and operation of the AST at the receiving facility, including but not limited to NHDES and NH Fire Marshal's Office requirements.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
