USED 2015 Case 580N Backhoe; Current Hours: Approx: 1638; This Backhoe is being sold AS IS. No Warranty!

All the lights work, the right rear taillight at the top of the cab is broken but the light functions.
All windows are intact. The hood has some sun damage. Everything is functional, just normal wear and tear.

Bidder may come & inspect by appointment only.

Buyer must remove from our Round Rock, TX location and bring the necessary equipment to load and haul, no assistance will be provided.

Inspeção

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only.

Pagamento

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier's Check, Money Order Only. Checks shall be made payable to: Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District

Retirada

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
